Kangaroo Cabs

I have tried multiple times but this no longer connects to dispatch. No cab will come, don't waste your time. It's been down for many weeks now.

This is a very basic app, Not like PickMe app, which is the best.

Very professional. Always on time. They work hard to fulfill the customer needs. 5 stars service. Many cab companies simply try to tell "I am too far and can't come". Kangaroo cabs never did like that they always try to fulfil the customer need with their intelligent booking management system all the times without excuses. Excellent service.

The app is very unreliable. The pick up location changed and driver had gone else where, happened a few times. However the Kangaroo cabs without considering the app is amazing.

Booking is not working properly

I asked for a cab at 6.45 and they said the cab will be here at 7.45. They called me 45 minutes later and said the cab will be 30 minutes late. Then the taxi driver calls me after 30 minutes and says he's stuck in traffic about 5km away from my pickup location and he has no idea how to get to where I am. I would give this service a rating of 0 if it was possible. Now they are not even answering my call. Plz use apps like PickMe and Uber where the driver can track your location through GPS

If you cant get things work. Remove them from the menu that doesn't work. As you are the pioneers of cab services in sri lanka. This is not good stuff.... good luck and the rating is only for the app not for your service

Include pick up address and time in confirmation SMS.

But it has a bug in the current version. I can't make reservation for tomorrow morning as the app refuses to accept any time earlier than the current time of day. This should not be the case for a future date!

This app is getting updated all the time but no improvement

Nice app. Please send details of booking by SMS immediately after we book by app. Also booking history is not showing properly. There is noway to track booking. We have to call every time otherwise

I would be great if there is way to order multiple cabs from a single reservation
