I just want to say Samsung is the worst mobile brand I have ever used. When ever I on the net and put both hands on my phone the internet connection disappears. It works only on one hand j7(6) stupid company

SPYWARE/TROJAN - DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! Yeah, this app is advertised falsely as an update app to find updates and software that maybe your provider hasn't rolled out or released. It's completely fake and provided spyware/Trojans that aren't detected by security software. Your phone won't even acknowledge that the app is continually running in the background and it drains the phone at a rather high speed and uses a ton of data. You can only find this info by looking at the data usage. Found this out the hard way as my brand new s7 edge was getting extremely hot but wasn't showing anything running. When I figured it out and searched for the app in installed library in Google Playstore, it doesn't even list it as installed. Instead I had to go to applications on my phone to find this app and click on the bottom to lead me back to the Playstore in order to uninstall. My brand new phone less than a week old with 5 apps not running (other than this spyware) drained 30% of my battery while sitting unused on a table in less than 10 minutes. I can usually run up to 6 apps at a time for over 30 minutes and not see this severe of battery drainage. Please DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!

How can I stop a download? Killing the app isn't helping, switching wi-fi isn't helping. Uninstalling for now.

My first time using this app since my phone firmware doesn't want to update.. looks like he is doing the trick but will have to see if it really works... I hope so Cuz my phone is stuck in old firmware. Keeping fingers crossed

Haven't used it that much but it does help me to stay up to date on the latest changes or additions to SAMSUNG devices.

I have just installed this, but it looks really good so far. I am excited to see if it fixes my phone once and for all.

I love Samsung products and unfortunately I have recently been forced to use an LG because I can't afford to get my phone fixed. I LOVE THAT THERE IS SAMSUNG APP THAT CAN BE DOWNLOADED AND USED
