No proper services, not bothered about customers n their concerns. All fake promises . . .NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL..

The service was good and on time. I rescheduled and they happily agreed. The beautician was cordial and neat at her task.overall a good experience

have been using Get look services for more than a year now. For the recent service that I booked, I preferred calling Durga. As she was the first beautician who had come to my place. she's, Tanuja, Dipa are some of the best beauticians Get look has. Finally after a long long time availed services with them. A good experience after a long time. hope u guys continue to provide even better serivces. 5/5 star for Durga.

I tried get look for first time while searching over google, though I was hesitant in beginning but lateron i went for it. And honestly I loved the services, the beautician who came knew her job and is certainly skillful. I would totally recommend get look.

Earlier it was Nice ,very helpful..But now it's Completely became third class, and worst services... stupid Executive picking up the call.. they Don't even know how to talk to the customers. My Latest booking feedback which I have taken on 15th Feb 2017:- Worst Beautician ever seen in my life name Chitralekha.. She was not at all professional. Did very cheap quality service. Maximum products she used of local brand. She was stinking badly like hell.. I can bet she can't be a beautician she was a Maid I think so. She doesn't even know how to talk to the clients. Again GetLook Disappointed me badly. I will never book any service from you guys.

First time when I used it I just wanted to give it a try . I thought it was just going to be a one time thing but now I've been using this app for the past one year and it's amazing.You get to choose your beauticians and it's very convenient when compared to going to any other beauty parlor. They have a very skilled and friendly staff .

Previous services were very good but today's beautician messed up my previous experience. Very worst service by Chitralekha in Pimpri Chinchwad area. Worst pedicure manicure haphazard waxing leads to rashes. No use of nail polish, buffer in pedicure manicure. I am totally disappointed n uninstalling app. No resolution from get look team on wats up chat. They said it's only beautician fault not ours. I paid through online as I trusted getlook but all my trust goes to vein. Total Loss of my money. I would not recommend get look in Pimpri Chinchwad area. It's all waste. Best beautician Savita is not with getlook now. No any good options available.

Best part about GetLook is they use only original products. Unlike others they do not use duplicate products and give 50%off. Beauticians are best. Very professional and friendly at the same time. Surely gone book again.

I tried this first time n i m totally disappointed...they sent a beautician who was not professional n more interested in gossiping rather then her job.she was here with not enough products to give service.she just finished her work somehow...i don't understand how Getlook is providing services...i will definitely not recommend this.

With a 10 month old, I was feeling like a cave girl, Isha from Get looks was really good. They were very professional, clean, patient and friendly.

The beauticians are good can be better. Can't stop from praising the app that has been very nicely done. All details of the service is available in the app, also the staff name with photo and experience is a great feature. All the best

I think beautician should carry proper tissue papers and towel. When providing services. I wasn't satisfied with the services even paying handsome amount. May be the beautician sent to me wasn't up to mark.

I had a satisfying experience. The beautitians are very well behaved and courteous. Their service is organized and hygienic. Though the app needs an improvement.

I'm impressed by the professionalism and level of hygiene and care. Also I had my infant with me the whole time but the beautician was very caring and patient throughout. I'll definitely be calling again... :)

First time..the chosen beautician well behaved...but she doesn't have the kit for aroma ped..rest services are ok.

services are good, beauticians are trained.i am happy with their services.but the only drawback is min 1500 services v hav to add.

I have had almost 5 services from Getlook and I had great experience. The beauticians are good and do the job very neatly. They use authentic products.
