Safe Tap

With Safe Tap, you can feel safe no matter where you are. Send an emergency text to your chosen contact without ever taking your phone out of your pocket or bag.

Once the app is turned on, you are able to send an emergency text to your selected contact by pressing the 'volume down' button 3 times. You can send the text by pressing a button on the screen if that's what you prefer.

When you feel like you will need the app, simply turn Safe Tap on using the in-app button and leave it on while it's in your pocket or bag. This way, you will be able to utilize the text-on-button press feature.

The location used in Safe Tap is only an approximate of the users actual location. Location results may vary of many different factors. The location name is found using the Google Maps API. The location coordinates are found using the phone's GPS receiver and data connection.

Safe Tap is not responsible for the misuse of the application. Safe Tap is not responsible if the application is unable to find the location, retrieves the incorrect location, and is unable to successfully send an emergency text.
