Key in email address, then confirm the validating email. One account can bind and
monitor several devices.
5. Bind device
Use app to scan the QR-code which is on the device(or key in the device ID manually),
and then the device will bind to the account. After that ,you can monitor the device in
app when device's gps fixed.
