يتم من خلال التطبيق رفع بلاغ عن حادثة وتقوم البلدية بدورها في إتخاذ الإجراء التصحيحي اللازم خلال فترة زمنية قياسية بعد تحديد التفاصيل اللازمة للحادثة مرفق معها الصور المثبتة لذلك والموقع المحدد للحدث.

كما يمكن للمستخدم معرفة حالة الطلب ومتابعة الإجراءات التي تتم عليه.
