يتم من خلال التطبيق رفع بلاغ عن حادثة وتقوم البلدية بدورها في إتخاذ الإجراء التصحيحي اللازم خلال فترة زمنية قياسية بعد تحديد التفاصل اللازمة للحادثة مرفق معها الصور والفيديو المثبتة لذلك والموقع المحدد للحدث

كما يمكن للمستخدم معرفة حالة الطلب ومتابعة الإجراءات التي تتم عليه.
