نظرا لأهمية الخدمات الإلكترونية التي تقدمها الهيئة، واستمراراً لعمل الهيئة الدائم لتوفير وقت وتسهيل استعراض بيانات نظام معرفة، فقد قامت الهيئة بتوفير معلومات (الواجبات، الاختبارات، المنتديات، الجدول الدراسي) الخاص بالطالب والمعلم عبر تطبيقات الأجهزة الذكية. و ذلك لضمان جودة الخدمة المقدمة و لوصولها لجميع المستخدمين من أي مكان. ونظراً لسعيها الدائم لتغطية جميع متطلبات الطلاب والمعلمين جاءت فكرة إنشاء تطبيق يساعد الطلاب والمعلمين للوصول لمعلوماتهم في نطاق (الاختبارات، الواجبات، المنتديات، الجدول الدراسي)، مما يمكن الشريحة الواسعة التي تستخدم الأجهزة الذكية بكثرة للوصول إلى بياناتهم وبيانات اختباراتهم وواجباتهم والمنتديات والجدول الدراسي الخاص بهم والتي تهمهم على أجهزتهم الذكية بشكل مباشر وسهل. حيث ستعرض هذه الوثيقة توصيف متطلبات تطبيق نظام معرفة.
