يتم من خلال التطبيق رفع بلاغ عن حادثة وتقوم الأمانة بدورها في إتخاذ الإجراء التصحيحي اللازم خلال فترة زمنية قياسية بعد تحديد التفاصيل اللازمة للحادثة مرفقاً معها الصور والفيديو المثبتة لذلك والموقع المحدد للحدث.

كما يمكن للمستخدم معرفة حالة الطلب ومتابعة الإجراءات التي تتم عليه.
