ADR Reporting

I love the way we can represent an ADR though an app form... But iam so sry to say that it's not user friendly.... I was confused many a times how to report even though I have enough knowledge how to report.... After entering the description dialogue I wrote something big and when I wanted to add something to the previous sentence .... Trust me I kinda felt to leave reporting since it was playing with me , plz make sure to make it more user friendly

When we go back to correct previous info while filling the form, the app directly asks "do you want to quit?" And we have to quit and fill the form again if we want to correct something. Kindly add also the forms for vaccine n material ADR. Make app to save the form offline, and submit it when we can have the internet. Currently we can't open the app if we don't have internet.

A very good app..... yet even most of medical professionals are unaware of this...I ask u to ponder over this issue

Great app for health professionals. Extremely handy for reporting adr immediately as doctors are often busy and don't have the time to fill forms and contact the relevant persons for reporting.

First of all I would like to say thanks to Dr. Sachin sir and IPC-PvPI for developing such app. It's really a great initiative regarding patient safety in India. Easiest way for reporting ADR's across the country . I want to suggest some additional features for this app as per follows hope you will think over it . * Additional tab for submitting follow up reports for individual ICSR's. * Additional tab AESI , pregnancy cases for sorting the cases in the app itself . *Causality assessment tab for an event which will help in sorting out SUSAR status of case. * Additional tab for reporting queries . * User interface can be modified. Thanks and regards.

Sir, ADR reporting is very important. Please make this app more user friendly. The requirement of network connection should be necessary only at uploading stage. This app takes lot of time to fill details

Sir, I really appreciate the idea and your efforts of making a much needed app. My suggestions for improvement : the interface can be improved, animations can be incorporated and size of app (5.7 MB ) need to be reduced to increase its popularity and use.

I can say, really good App to report ADR so easily and comfortably ... But lack of awareness of ADR reporting APP, and its toll free no in Public. If government can spend some money for advertising how to report ADR to public then it will be full success.... Thanks for the App
