يتيح تطبيق عقارات واصف للمعلن سهولة الوصول لموقعه على الخريطة السعودية وسهولة اضافة اعلان بمجرد الضغط على موقع الفيلا او الارض المراد بيعها او تأجيرها على الخريطة
كما يتيح للمشتري معرفة المعروض في الموقع القريب منه عبر تحديد موقعه على الخريطة او صور القمر الاصطناعي
وكذلك سهولة الاتصال بمالك اي عقار يريده ولمعرفة العقارات القريبة اختر موقعي ثم ابحث في الخريطه او ختر القائمة
لا يتطلب تسجيل مستخدم جديد لمشاهدة العقارات على الخريطه او التواصل مع المالك او المكتب العقاري
وللمعلنين يرجى تسجيل مستخدم جديد ليتم نشر الاعلانات او حفظها في المفضلة تم الضغط باستمرار على موقع العرض على الخريطة واختيار نوع العرض للايجار او للبيع ثم اختيار نوع العرض مثل شقة للايجار او ارض للبيع او فيلا للبيع
ثم تكملة البيانات والتفاصيل والصور ثم اضافة الاعلان وسيظهر عقارك على الخريطة
وبمكانك التعديل على العقارات الخاصه بك باختيار حسابي ثم استعراض اعلاناتك وملفك الشخصي
يتم عرض جميع العقارات على الخريطه ولعرض الايجار فقط او البيع فقط اسحب القائمة الجانبية ثم اختر النوع الذي تريده مثل فيلا للبيع او شقة للايجار لتظهر عروض الايجار على الخريطة
