いい声で話そう

話し声の音程の平均を計算し、
それを音階（ドレミ）にすると何に近いか表示します。

［使い方］
話し声の高い・低いで、
聞く人に与える印象が変わります。
テレフォンセンターなど、
だいたい「ミ」くらいで話すと良いとそうです。
安心感を与えたいとき（やや低め）や、
アピールをしたいとき（やや高め）など、
状況に応じて使い分けできたら理想です。

おおよそ80Hz～760Hzを検出
処理の関係で高い音の検出率は低いです
周波数の算術平均を使用しています
