I have this on HTC E8 and on LG G5. Every time I try to open app from Home Screen it keeps saying Unfortunately Vin Wow has stopped working. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but does same thing.. HATE IT

Have been using this for a couple of years. Now I get the message that it has stopped working! Won't even open! Uninstalled and reinstalled, still won't work.

Would be nicer if it shared the complete info it pick up on the vehicle. I do auto repair and this app does help. Kudos to the developer(s). Thank you.

It works when it wants to I just have to go into Google play to open it it has some kind of bug it please fix and I would rate it a 5

Have used this app for a while, now it doesn't work. Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Still not working. Keeps shutting down after 2 sec.

I keep getting an error message and I use this app a lot! Please get this fixed.

Only problem have to reinstall after a couple scans, but love the app just screen shot it to save it

Worked fine for quite a while..then noticed it took longer and longer to scan a VIN..to the point now where it will not scan at all no matter the lighting, cleaning the bar code etc

I have to Un install it and re install it every time I want to use it crashes all the time..... deleting!

towing: when in the field and we need to find out fast if car is FWD, RWD, AWD we use this app, it provides all the necessary info. the only downfall is when u speak a vin it almost never gets it right, and the scanner seems to be pretty picky!

This happened for a multitude of VIN's, tested with other web sites and all worked fine

I've had the app for years. Worked good, Does what i need, tho more would be nice. But, about 2 weeks ago, i went to use it and crashed before it even opened. No idea why. I found out if i reinstall it, it works once or twice then crashes again. I would love a fix or some help on this if anybody has any ideas

It crashes instantly when opened normally from my app menu but launches fine if I open it here in the app store. Please fix.

Worked fine until I upgraded phones, now with my droid turbo it crashes as soon as it opens. Please fix, it was great when it worked

Donsent even open any more crashes opening the camera

No option to save Vin lookup history. Looks up vin# and appears to save history but after a while all the history disappears I had over 13 Vin in my history that I needed for long term lookup ability ie 2 months or more down the road I may need to know what cars were processed so having a date along with the vins would make this app #1 in its class. If you could make that possible 5 stars from me. Thanks

Local locksmith I use this app 10 to 20 times a day.

Says in description it's good for post-1981 VIN Numbers, I work in 1980's Toyotas and they have 10 digit VIN's until 1987-ish in general. Keeps throwing errors on the few VIN Numbers I have here. Any chance of a fix to use these numbers?

App force closes on xoom at times when app isn't even used usually when there is ni internet connection but when app has not been opened. Very use full please fix!

I really like this app. I record VINs onsite for the purpose of ordering parts or verifying what a customer is telling me over the phone. Before this app, I would write VINs on a piece of paper, or type them into my phone manually. With vinWOW, I scan in VINs if the VIN barcode is visible. Today I scanned a VIN thru a windshield on a '10 Ford Mustang. Worked perfect. Scanned or typed-in VINs can be pasted into other apps. Please change last 6 digits must me numbers. Some VINs don't follow that format.
