One of the worst apps I have ever had the misfortune to use. It's ONLY saving grace is the free snacks.

Whoever Gapbuster are need to seriously look at the design of this app. It's slow, looks nothing like the flyers, the "rewards" are confusing, rather than the barcode and simply "free fries" as mentioned in the flyers, it was "free fries" with any purchase, with a short 5 day expiry date. Finding a McD's was also difficult, with confusing layout and difficult. McDonalds have a great idea here and a good opportunity which is clearly let down by this Gapbuster contractor.

I have no idea why is it cannot locate any location at all since 2 weeks ago. Pls kindly solve this problem.

Errors. Nothing but errors. Was not able to find a survey.

Pls fix the bug, KoDo keeps asking the best location services of which has already set in my device

I have an assignment this week but I cannot get this app to work.

Totally crap, crashing, not recognizing location, have to uninstall and re install EVERY WEEK just to get this crap app to work

What a piece of crap! I did the mystery shop but could not sign in at the location. Then I could sign in but the shop was no longer listed. Thanks for wasting my time, Gapbuster. And when I contacted them to ask if I would be paid, they ignored my question and asked, "How my we assist you?" It's too late to assist me Gapbuster. The app did not work at the shop. Get someone who speaks English to answer emails.

Could not find my location

Told me I had a free frozen coke but does not show up in the rewards. Waste a time do not download.

This app is used by mcdonalds for surveys. I am standing in mcdonalds and the app still doenst realise I am here. The app freezes up most of the time. DONT USE THIS CRAP APP!!!!

After wasting 20 minutes waiting for the app to stop crashing, I filled out the survey and received no reward. A complete waste of time. Do not download!

Downloaded app as store I visit was advertising it to review their store. Got to end of survey and app crashed. No rewards given and cant search to ensure survey went thru. Will recommend people and stores do not use this app!

Cant search, cant do anything. Waste of 3 minutes of my life for something I cant get to work. OTHERS: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

I use this app to help store owners/franchisees get a better idea of the service their staff provide. I shouldn't have to deal with the app crashing 95 times out of a hundred just to be rewarded with a small fries.. Terrible app, for a respected company you need to put actual resources into this. Disgraceful way of making us feel like you guys help other companies by providing them with feedback when yoyr service is 100x worse than anything I've ever recieved from the stores that use this.

Dont waste you time and data

The questions get cut off by the selection boxs. You can't rotate app. App does not work in mcdonalds wifi. Trying to be clever when you are stupid makes you look ridiculous....

Samsung Gallaxy S3 Wont work at all total waste of time surely with the money Mc Donalds has to use they would have had a good app that Works on all platforms made for them. No stars here remove it from the market place!

This app does not function at all after the last update - even after several reinstallations. No surveys visible. Pls improve the app if GB wants us to use this app. Uninstall!

Takes ages to close. Rewards need a longer expiry date as not everyone is going to be able to use it in duch a short time frame

Load of rubbish. Dont waste your time downloading it. It only works when it feels like it.

Eating a lot of data for changing the language

Samsung sii didn't open. Can't communicate with a server. Why would McDs user this poor design and not build there own app
