About RunIn
Based on the Running Performance Index the RunIn App allows a complete monitoring and analysis of the results obtained in any competitions or workouts.
Unlike other sport tools, the Performance Index does not require any particular device as HRM or GPS, but only few and simple data like distance, time and some boundary conditions to better define the running event you want to evaluate.
Starting from the analysis of your running data the RunIn App gives you a number, the Running Performance Index (RPI), which provides an immediate evaluation of your running session and an easy assessment of your physical condition.
The lower the index RPI, the better is your performance.
Comparison among different distances or sessions made in various period of the year, as well as comparison between your data and those of your friend or reference trainer are then clear and simple.
Using the RPI it is possible:
- to have practical feedback about the training progress;
- to evaluate changes in working sessions;
- to forecast the overall physical condition in view of the main target planned in the competitive season;
- to perform detailed and complete analysis of all the factors that have affected or are still affecting the running performance;
