Too laggy app

Able to start and stop it within Tasker without the App popping to the forefront. Can we get intents for starting/stopping sound recording?

После обновления перестал работать Waze при одновременной работе двух програм (теряет спутники) . Предыдущая версия таких проблем не делала. Sumsung S-III . Последнии пол года появилась новая проблема зависает видео и видео перестает работать вообще. Требуется перезагрузка смартфона! Были версии без проблем жалко , что нельзя вернуть старую версию. Андроид 4.3 . После вклучения функции записи звука все проблемы ушли. Bluetooth radio работает хорошо.

Tried quite a few recently. None particularly good. This one seems to provide the most options and simple enough to use. Got the paid version. Worst problem with in phone video is getting a stable suitable location for the phone. Video takes on all the bumps in the road. It's still a good app for recording a journey though.

This app seems to work okay, but I’m uninstalling it anyway, primarily because of how aggressively it sucks the battery (at least for my device, a Samsung S4; I suspect this may vary for others). I found that the app used my battery at about 1% per minute. In other words, unless the phone was plugged in charging as it was used, after an hour and a half of driving, the battery would be about completely dead. I’m not sure I can really blame the VidRegPro app for this; it’s probably inherent in recording video constantly over more than a trivially short period of time. But regardless, it was instructive to me that, at least with my device, using my phone as a dashcam really wasn’t practical except for short commutes. I did try turning off the GPS, and that slowed the drain sown a little, but not really all that much, and then I lost speed info and location info, which really is not something I was willing to go without. (Out of space; Bottom line: does what it says, and the Tasker support is a goodness, but what it does uses too much battery juice for me, so I’m uninstalling. Compared to other dashcam apps, which I bet have the same battery issue, seems pretty good. Worth the $3

App is not very compatible with Android 5. It lacks permitions to enable writes promotion to SDcard.

На лоли поп работало, сейчас на кит кат не могу настроить. Пробовал различные комбинации настройки, без вариантов.

Невозомжно использовать карту SD, только дефолтный путь. Суппорт не отвечает на запросы по емейл. В топку такие приложения.

Папки для записи используются дефолтные (extSDCard/VideoReg, абсолютный путь: /storage/extSDCard/VideoReg - это одна из точек монтирования). В логе фигурирует: дата Low Memory attempt №попытки Continue Recording - какая память имеется в виду? Оперативная или память карты? Оперативки при работе регистратора и навигатора свободно около 400 Мб (всего 2Гб), на карте памяти около 7 Гб, размер папки для записи задан 4 Гб. Пробовал уменьшать битрейт видео, но тоже не помогло. Аналогичная проблема была и на прошивке 4.4, но там эта проблема проявлялась очень редко, правда логи в тех случаях не читал, т.к. это были эпизодические выпадения, а не систематические.

Just upgraded my phone to a gs4. Worked beautifully on my old gs3 but now the video resolution is like a camera from the 90s. I've maxed out all the settings and its had no effect. Really disappointed as I used it daily and now it is of no use whatsoever.

Video files become corrupted when stop recording. Sometimes. It can leave me without any video in most important moment. Fix please.

Bought it. Never worked on SGS2. All video files always corrupted. Deletes settings for Sygic Navigation if used at the same time. Lot's of features, that's true but doesn't work. I use autoboy pro and it's a lot better. Even if it hasn't been updated for a year still better than this.

Лучший регистратор на маркете. Когда работает в фоновом режиме, не греет телефон вообще. В фоновом режиме (экран выключен) проработала 8 часов без подзарядки. Супер! Пришлось второй раз подключить к интернету, чтобы прописался ключ нормально, после этого работает без проблем (нечитаемые файлы, лаги, и т.д.). Does anybody know about zoom issue during recording. When recording zoom is turning on, but it's not needed. I need default view, same as when openening the programm and setup
