Unfortunately the app quite often happens to crash when trying to move up from the currently open folder back to its parent directory. Anyway, it's one of the few apps in its field (in fact, possibly the only one) that succeeds in retaining the original last modification time of the files contained in a compressed archive when extracting them.

I first downloaded this as I was having trouble with unzipping a file via other apps. Zarchiver unzipped it first time and has never failed me since. I now use it as my primary file manager, as it manages to be simple, clean and complete, as well being as free and ad-free! My thanks to the ZArchiver team.

Does what you expect, fast, light on memory and on battery and it's so good I've gotten rid of the other file manager I downloaded. Would be nice to have more themes but this is free with no ads so I'm happy either way.

A bit glitchy sometimes when opening images. Works fine then later I can't open them anymore and it repeats. Don't know if it's app or my low space on phone. Works great anyway!

Very good app. Just one problem. When I extract a compressed file and the destination folder already has the file with same name then this app should skip all the file with the same name when the skip these files is checked. But it repeatedly ask do you want to skip these files. Please fix this

Finally an app that does work without making my extracted files disappear into oblivion and having to search for them. Extracted everything where I wanted them to be extracted to. Super efficient and non intrusive. Two thumbs up. Thanks. ^_^

Whatever i download after some time it got deleted. WHY THIS IS HAPPENING? FIX THIS AND I WILL GIVE 5*

Really good but it's not perfect. The only thing that is bothering is the fact that you cannot move multi selected files to another folder. So please fix this problem????

Unfortunately whenever I open the download folder the app crashes! (OS-Android lollipop 5.1.1) (phone-lenovo vibe k5 plus) pls fix it!

Best, simple, ad-free, free to use app for the job! Now if only you could browse and extract files from archives through SAMBA... Could be impossible though, I know.

Thers's just one bug, that sometimes notification stays in the notification bar even after decompression or extraction, and only goes away after reboot of phone. To, zdevs Man you guys have not replied to a single comment. We khnow u r giving this app for free and without any adds, thats pretty owsem , but plz reply we all are appreciating your work.

It's Really Good. (: And easy to use! On my PC I use RAR! But on Android RAR dragged me down!!! But thanks to the developer of this App!!! Cheers mate!!! Now I am downloding Songs albums like anything man..

a great app. with root access, hidden files access, great flexibility in compression, file browsing & sharing, the down sides are error reporting does not generate a file list, the font size adjustment doesn't effect the settings & canceling DOES NOT WORK. You must force stop the app after each cancel command.

I really want to thank the development team for making such an excellent app. I've found only one bug in it, that is deleting large files is not supported especially folders.

Extremely good. Would like to have a feature to exclude files with read errors. Right now it force closes on read errors.

Does everything I need it to, very user friendly, handles all file types I've ever thrown at it, easily navigated. Literally the first thing I download on a new phone.

Well we can do variety of changes like:- extraction,unrar,unzip,compress & they actually works..try it u will not be disappointed!

In my opinion, this is one of the few Android decompression and file manager apps that is not cluttered with useless features that hog memory and space. It does what it should do with a few hiccups sometimes (but nothing a retry can't fix) and is completely free and ad-free! That's why I switched from ES File Explorer; ES, by the way, is pretty much 98% bloatware and 2% you'd actually want to use. This, however... This is amazing. 'Nuff said.

It works but the notifications stay even after completing tasks when I am doing two things at once and I have to force stop the app. Added xapk support is nice.

The app is good work. Sometimetimes its cannot unzip i dont know i think its file problem should be.

App is very good. But when I delete files it does not gets deleted. It tells that operation failed . Can you clear it

Waste When I am extracting the file it shows error and when I extract with it rar app it successfully extracted. You fool don't make these kind of stupid apps rar is better than zarchiver

I was going to rate this three stars because after constant extract of a rar file it still wouldn't work. Apparently I just forgot to extract a file within the folder ????. Extraction is very nice and I love how there's an option to extract to an SD card. Overall, amazing app

Well! This app does what it is for, I can make storage on my device by compressing stuff which I am not using. Also it is really faster than other apps similar to it.

ZArchiver is amazing. It does what it says it does without annoying ads and other garbage like IAPs.

Tried to zip a folder from internal storage to sd, said completed with errors, had done nothing, no way to see which error happened. Retried and obtained same result. Doesn't work.

The 7z ultra compress somewhat still lacks compression. But the overall UI and Simple Design to navigate through files is awesome. I Love this app. May you just please upgrade the conversion of ultra compress so that it compresses the file to a much smaller file. Ive seen other another app did it but I love the design of :).

FASTEST AND MOST EFFICIENT APP. This app is amazingly fast compared to other Apps on the play store. Seriously, it takes only 5 seconds to copy a 1 GB file. And takes only 6 seconds to extract a 500 MB Zip file. Amazing right? Never seen anything faster than this app can extract and copy.
