This app allows you to pay for your mobile carrier services, internet services, and home utilities, top up your travel cards, accounts in online games and social networks, make transfers to bank cards or a Wallet on Yandex, and to pay loans and fines.

The app allows you to start a Yandex.Money Wallet, which you can use to do the following:
— save bank card details and pay in one tap
— track history of your payments and deposits
— activate the Yandex.Money bank card
— add payments to your Favorites if you want them to be at hand (for instance, adding money to your travel card)
— add money to your Yandex.Money account from a card or find the nearest location for adding by cash.

Contactless Payment with Phones via HCE
You can pay with your phone at offline stores even if you left your wallet with bank cards and cash at home. Money will be debited from your Wallet on Yandex. For more information view ‘Contactless Payments’ section from the main menu.
Important: the section ‘Contactless Payments’ is only viewed in our app for NFC-enabled devices that provide HCE (Host Card Emulation) payments.

Paying by QR Code
Scan a QR code on a bill to pay in one tap: the app will determine the recipient, amount, and other payment details.
The button ‘Pay by a QR code’ is in the main menu.

Contactless Payments
If your phone supports the NFC, you can pay from your Wallet at stores and coffee shops via contactless payments (works similarly to Android Pay).
To activate contactless payments, simply sign into the app.

Most of the operations are commission free. For example, adding money to Troyka card or paying home utilities. If a commission is applied to a payment, you will see the exact amount you are charged before pressing ‘Pay’.

Payments with a bank card are protected according to the international standard PCI DSS, which is a set of requirements for online operations developed by Visa and MasterCard.

I think this Yandex Money is for only Russians citizens not for other countries. Because it's only Russians documents and Passport are allowed to be use to verify account in order to add more than 15,000 Rubbles to your account at a time. It's too bad you can't verify your account with your documents if you're not a Russians citizens

Почему нельзя обновить статус с каким-либо другим документом кроме Российского паспорта?!!! А чтоб пройти идентификацию либо нужно идти в салон связи либо ждать до 5 суток если есть карта сбербанка!!! Что за бред?? Это сплошной наёб! Когда я переводил сюда деньги, никто мне не сказал, что для того чтобы их снять мне понадобится паспорт, какой на#уй паспорт?!! Ладно, если бы его спросили перед зачислением средств, я бы просто не стал пользоваться вашим сервисом, а тут я, считай, подарил вам деньги, которые мне именно сейчас (не в период от получаса до 24 часов, за которые вы должны "подтвердить" мой паспорт)!
