A w e s o m e! For my needs this is hands-down the best flashlight app I have ever tried. All I want to do is press flashlight and get a flashlight immediately I don't want to wait like 3 seconds for the damn thing to turn on this app turns on almost immediately! I am loving it.

Shuts off as soon as the screen does unless it is fixed then just remove it more google junk until oh well

A great Simple app. Does what it says on the box. Only flaw when you first start the app the flashlight is automatically on I think it would be better the other way so it's off and then you turn it on. Thanks

Perfect. Turns on when you open the app, and then nothing but a power button. Truly my sincerest gratitude to the dev for just making a flashlight app that doesn't try to be anything else! <3

Worst flashlight app, what can't people make a simple clean app that just turns on the led. It's not complicated.

The ONLY flashlight app I have been able to find that does these three simple tasks I expect it to do... turns on the light quickly when you start it, shuts off the light when you exit, and gives you a black screen so that it doesn't glare in your eyes as you use it. And with NO ads to accidentally click on. Great job guys!!

I had another flashlight app like added into my phone previously & uninstalled it for a number of reasons. However this free, ad free & minimal memory footprint (only KBs versus MBs of some competing apps !) Gives me the most efficient & easy on/easy off flashlight app I've ever tried & kept using. Plus even the widget icon is the perfect task associated design. . . This app is a keeper for my frequent flashlight needs & being part of my smartphone it can't accidentally roll away off a ledge like round, traditional flashlights sometimes do ????.

Simple, effective app that works great with gestures! If a simple flashlight is all you want , then look no further. The flashlight turns on when you open the app and there aren't any pesky ads or other options. I have a launcher with gestures and this app works perfectly with it! Also, it doesn't have all the invasive permissions common to many flashlight apps.

Love that there are no ads, but the flashlight turns off when any area on the screen is touched. This makes using the flashlight very unreliable during real world situations. The single pixel in the upper left corner is very distracting and annoying.

Honestly perfect. Very lightweight, no unnecessary features, simple and sweet. Was going to complain about there being no widget, but the flashlight turns on immediately upon opening so it doesn't even need it. I'm extremely happy with this app and I wish more mobile developers would do this.

Works good and no adds. The screen only has the on off button light when flash light is in use. No annoying back light in your eyes when shinning the flash light. Now using this on S7 edge with perfect results. I RECOMMEND THIS APP. AND IT'S FREE. WOULD BE HAPPY TO DONATE.

I really like this flashlight and feel that the lack of ads is very generous. I prefer this than others with other extra features because this is what I want, not the compass or morse code that others offers because it lags the flashlight feature rendering it useless. This app has a very nice responce time from when I click it to turn it off and off so this app very much deserves the 5 star rating.

Does exactly what it should do! No extra BS.. One small improvement needs to be made.. When using this it's easy to turn off on accident when your hand touches anywhere on the screen which is super annoying. It would be so much better if only the On/Off switch turned it on and off. Please fix that! Thanks for the awesome app!

Unfortunately, the on/off button in the middle of screen is for looks as touching anywhere on screen does that. With the entire screen an on off switch, be VERY careful during a black out on your stairs! I was going down stairs to the fuse box and accidentally touched the screen sending myself into pitch black and almost going head over heels into basement! PLEASE MAKE THE ON/OFF BUTTON JUST THAT, NOT ENTIRE SCREEN..VERY DANGEROUS THIS WAY!! thanks!

Free and no ads = awesome. Thank you, Wilder for creating this simple app. And for not demanding to know my credit card, location and every other bs that every other app demands. Works just as or better than the others as well.

On the other apps there are ads that make no sense. You got this app so you can look ahead of you. Not on the screen. And now my data won't be used up.

Simple and elegant, you can ne sure with a small app lile this (350kb) it's not stealing data or spying on you and no ads saves on your system resources. I'd donate for this wonderful little app if a way to do so was available. Thanks for makimg this available as it's just exactly what I was looking for!

I'm happy to find a flashlight app that has no ads and does EXACTLY what I want it to do! This APP ABSOLUTELY DID EVERYTHING I NEEDED IT TO DO, WITH NO ADS. This seems to be a rare find. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO GET THIS APP IF YOU JUST WANT A GREAT FLASHLIGHT WITH NOOOOOOO ADS OR FEES!! Enjoy this flashlight app completely free, as I am!

I hate ad. This app is very light (only~390kb) having no disturbing function and ad. It do just for what it is. Nice app. Use it if you don't like distraction. Best torch for low resource phone also. Don't ask for lots of permissins. Also U can turn it on and off by pressing power button when screen is locked.

My previous phone (Symphony Xplorer W150) had a built-in flashlight app. With that app flashlight could be turned on from locked screen by pressing and holding volume down button. This feature made the flashlight in my phone very easily accessible when needed. I wish that you would add this feature in your app soon. Thanks a lot for the ad free flashlight.

Best flashlight app, I would pay for it no questions asked if it was a paid app. The other flashlight apps are packed with ads that are links and if you accidentally hit one it shuts off the light, but this app functions just like a normal flashlight.

Just what I was looking for after many tries. One touch in unlocked screen it comes on quickly with no adds. If I lock the screen it goes off BUT hitting the same button again that locks the screen it comes back on. This button becomes the onoff switch. Back out of the app and I am at lock screen again. Add a shortcut to the lockscreen and it starts right up quickly and thats what I want when fumbling in the dark.

Thank you so much finally a flashlight apps with no adds. With other flashlight apps I turn it on and bangs! I get an add first before the flashlight. That's not good when you get into an emergency and get the add first instead of the flashlight . Thank you.

No ads to interrupt your flashlight. Or close you app to open a link in your browser. Really the other apps are garbage in this respect.

Basic function apps like this shouldn't have ads. This one works as advertised.

Great App! Some improvement suggestions : Flash light turns off when phone is locked. Sometimes I prefer for the phone to be lock when I am using the flashlight for prolonged period because I do not like it accidentally turning off whenever I touch the screen. 2nd suggestion is that the flashlight turns off regardless of where I touch the screen; please make it a true switch off. I really like the true no ad... But how do you get paid? Donations page? I be more than happy to make a dollar donation!

Blew my mind to find out my other flash light app was number 2 on my data usage list for a flashlight!! Redicoulus it was the most popular flashlight app as well

My suggestion for future updates would be a slide-lock to avoid accidental screen bumpings.

Touch your screen at all and light turns off, not just the button. Was trying to find an app that wouldn't shut the light off if my hand accidentally grazed the banner add all other flashlights apps seem to have. This does away with the ad and instead just turns if off you touch it anywhere, how do they even expect you to hold your phone while the light is on??

When opening the app it is fast with no loading screen and no ads. It has a bright light and does not just make your screen white instead it shines on the back of your phone by the camera. I personally love this app and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a flashlight app.

No ads, just a power button for light on or off. Practically zero install size. UNIX philosophy in play here!

Would have gave it a five if you be able to put your phone asleep while using BUT if you leave your phone for an extended time it will stay on. Your will not ho to sleep though, apps stays on....

You tap anywhere on the screen and you'll toggle on/off. This should only be achievable by tapping the power button!

I think this is the only flashlight app that does not show ads or collect browsing habits. Kudos!

On.... Off..... No adds.... 100% love it other app builders take note.... No access to GPS... Wi-Fi.... Google account.... No spy Ware.... Love it

The one I had before this ads used to pop up and the flashlight would turn off when I was in the middle of something. This one is great no ads
