Приложению не требуется выход в интернет, таким образом любая информация обрабатываемая внутри системы не выходит за ее пределы.

Требуется только (!) чтение, а не отправка. Таким образом, приложение не может отправлять смс.

Для корректной работы необходимо подключение к смс банку от Сбербанка. Приложение анализирует входящие сообщение от Сбербанка и выводит текущий баланс на экран. The application does not require internet access, so any information is processed within the system does not go beyond it.
