УТРО - 2016

Форум молодежи «УТРО» проводится на территории Уральского федерального округа уже на протяжении 6 лет. С 2011 года форум был организован на территории Челябинской области, в 2012 и 2013 году форумчан встречала Свердловская область, в 2014 году форум вновь вернулся в Челябинскую область, а в 2015 году отправился в Тюменскую область. Нынешний форум - форум 2016 года – расширяет свои границы и собирает в ХМАО – Югре талантливую и активную молодежь со всех субъектов Российской Федерации, в том числе, проживающих в странах СНГ. В форуме примут участие более 1500 человек. Forum "MORNING" youth is carried out on the territory of the Urals Federal District for the past 6 years. Since 2011, the forum was organized on the territory of the Chelyabinsk region, in 2012 and 2013 members of the forum met the Sverdlovsk region, in 2014, the forum returned to the Chelyabinsk region, and in 2015 went to the Tyumen region. This forum - Forum 2016 - expanding its borders and collects in the Khanty-Mansiysk - Ugra talented and active young people from all over the Russian Federation, including those living in the CIS countries. The forum more than 1,500 people will take part.
