Все что нужно - сформировать (любым доступным Вам способом, это может быть php, asp, bash и тд. данные могут быть взяты из БД, ОС, или других программ мониторинга, таких как zabbix, nagios, cacti и тд) и опубликовать (через http или https) XML файл, и добавить в настройки этой программы. Так же можете создать виджет. В качестве примера прилагается 2 XML - один рандомно генерирует параметры, другой отображает курсы валют. Подробности на сайте (указан ниже).
