About Punch Speed
The speed of strikes is the most important quality in martial arts, the strength of impact depends on the speed. This application gives the most accurate information, based on scientific data, on the speed and strength of your impact. You can compare your results with the results of athletes from around the world. The app gives an estimate of the impact strength and energy costs. Shows the progress of your workouts. With this application you can increase the effectiveness of your workouts - train and check your progress in speed and response!
Now you can:
- Check your speed during a fight with the shadow during the round;
- measure the impact force and energy costs;
- compare their results in online mode with athletes from around the world;
- to see the progress of your high-speed qualities for different periods of time: for a day, a week, a month.
To perform a test to measure the speed of impact and reaction, you must:
1. Take the phone vertically in your hand.
2. Select the round time.
3. Press the "Start" button.
4. On a sound signal, as soon as possible, to strike. The kick can be any: straight, lateral, uppercut. Strike blows until the end of the round signal sounds.
4. As a result of the test, you will learn:
- acceleration of your impact;
- speed of your impact;
- the time of a simple motor reaction;
- impact force (approximately);
- energy costs.
A simple motor reaction is a response in advance known movement to a previously known (suddenly appearing) signal (auditory, visual, tactile). In this case, an audio signal is used.
The test start signal sounds at random intervals, which complicates the test and makes it more reliable

Nice little app. When you display all the results, you should do it in a grid so it's easier to read and compare...and get rid of the opaque mask, makes it hard to read text.

SOME are not listining beep because when they hold phone for punch they hold the sound button also i have also problem of beep but now i change the holding of phone and beep works.What a great apps.We can measures speed of any movement of speed.hatts off to you.

Nice app, works well!!! Fun wise it could have some bar with the best result and percantege against it. Edit: there are couple of minor bugs, switching from Russian to English version on reaction time measure in seconds is still in Russian (сек), it's also visible on your own screenshots. Besides, recorded results, texts, could be translated after switching between languages (not happening right now).
