AppLauncher for Pebble

I bought the app hoping that it would search with Google Now, but it merely opens the app on the phone. I do not recommend this app for that capability.

Not much value, just opens apps. Expected more.

Exactly what I wanted, to launch Google voice search on my Android phone from my Pebble.

This very well could have been a great companion app to go with my pebble time, if it had what it advertised. The only reason I wanted the app was to activate okay Google from my pebble time. This was NOT something I was able to do. I was able to open a slew of apps though. The apps I was able to open did open incredibly fast and smoothly. however, the update speed on the pebble time left much to be desired. There where many times I could count three or four seconds of delay before the face updated. Un fun

I thought I could launch Google voice search and actually, you know, pass a voice command from Pebble to my phone. But all it does is act as if I'd spoken my voice activation phrase aloud. Since I need to be within speaking range of my phone to use it either way this can't help me.

Surprisingly it does what it says and even works with the old Pebble watch when using Bluetooth headset and Google Voice!

App fails to install on pebble

I was really hoping this would work, but the pebble time app just gets stuck while loading.

Can't open google voice. App just freez.

Graphics are slow and buggy but gets the job done

It worked well but recently it no longer opens apps by flicking your wrist, only by pressing buttons. Not quite a useful as it once was.

Works fine as device connection goes, but there is a really bad latency when choosing from the app list on the Time Steel.

The app is basically useless unless you only plan to use it to launch 1 app. Having multiple apps in the list you have to wait several seconds to scroll to the next app. Great idea, horrible execution. Tested on the OG pebble and Pebble Time and Pebble Time Steel

This app isn't even with .99, the load time is ridiculous and as soon as I bought it, I got a refund.

It doesn't work, screen become black, phone is unresponsive. Uninstalled and asked for a refund.

For a paid app, you would expect it to work. Takes a bit to "load" up on the Pebble before you can execute a command. Defeats the purpose of convience. Then the graphics are frozen and I'm blindly launching apps by memory. Not practical at all. Where is the value in this?

While it can open any app where it shines is in Google Now, audio and video recording. Select app from watch and then it listens or records. 3 apps is the best fit for speed.

Launched apps as long as the lock screen is off but the speed of cycling through apps on the pebble is super slow. Perhaps with Pebble Time it'll work faster.

Slow graphics

It will open almost any app on your phone with the flick of your wrist. Haven't tried it in the car yet but can see me using it for the Google search app all the time.

Very nice to start voice commands with this, or any other app for that matter. It says you can set it to "Shake to start" but no instructions for setting this option on or off.

You have to buy the app to try it; when you try it decide if you like before 15 minutes. It is a good app/does what it says. The developer will try to help you if necessary.

App works reliably when launching the apps, only issue I have is the time it takes to navigate from app to app in the launcher. It would make it easier to use on the road when unable to use the phone for starting Pandora or Spotify. Thank you.

Great especially for Google now but cant byoass the lock screen which would make the usage infinitely more useful. I sadly will return this app since it doesn't suit my needs but it's a very good idea that will work better for others needs.

Dont control any apps just scrolls through icons of the apps I selected

How do you get a refund? It will never connect, this one or the camera

I can now open Tunein Radio which is set to play automatically when the app starts up.. Not good if you have more than 2 apps in the list.

Great it launches apps, but can't trigger to take a picture, or start recording audio. :-( Great launches Google Voice but phone can't be locked. :-( Can I get my .99 cents back?

The scrolling for the apps on the watch is incredibly slow. Same with the time it takes to connect to the watch. Sadly I have trouble finding anything like it so it's what I end up using.
