RoadAR dashcam & speed camera

The app is mostly great. I would have rates it higher but I sent a support inquiry over a month ago and nobody has ever replied. So based on product support I dropped my rating. I would love if this app has SD card support. It will not allow me to navigate file saving to the SD card.

The app itself and the idea behind it is great considering all the options you get and the fact that has road signs recognition and gps data recorded on the video file itself is a major plus. But there is a huge flaw in this app, the gps data like speed and coordinates do not work properly , making this app pretty useless for me. As I already have dashcams in my cars but the only thing they don't do is record gps data. It simply does not update accurately during use creating false readings. Fix it and I will update my review and rating. Until then this is going to be it.

Awesome Dashcam App.

This app supports second camera. Awesome news for LG G5/6 and LG V10/20.

Amazing video quality and frame rate. Is running on the background while navigating with GPS navigator. Very easy to use and setup. Thank you !

The traffic sign recognition is often unable to recognize a sign, although the picture quality seems good enough.

Almost perfect.. it doesn't support otg web cams. Hopefully this will be fixed soon

Good concept but hit bugs. First stopped saving video, stopped reading road signs then constantly kept repeatedly auto-starting, even when auto-start was disabled in settings.

Doesn't shut down, it just keeps popping up again al the time. PITA ads that take up the whole screen on startup and that aren't easily dismissed.

Why have you stuck a button BEHIND the rec button that can't be pressed, also one in the opposite corner that also can't be pressed due to another button on top, also, think it's the button with N on that I'd 3/4 covered by advert along the bottom, seems pointless having buttons that can't be pressed......uninstalled

Paid premium full size adverts n o after sales or customer care. Set 7 emails no response Please help android car head unit I have paid version. Autostart on launch on android start ticked. And launch with driving in ticked. When I go work in morning I have to go manually into app then it starts recording

Used to love this app. Paid for the full unlock and rated if 5 stars. However, it has now had an update and is full of adverts - Video adverts that are very distracting and illegal when driving. App deleted and would not recommend anyone downloads this unless they remove ads for paid version.

Paid for premium but app is now overrun with full screen ads. Not impressed.

But, keeps crashing and the ads are large on the screen, it's expensive and says includes upgrades buy not sure if it is also removes the annoying ads

The main idea is excellent, but it crashed a lot, and I had to force the phone reboot, I hardly could use it! Phone model: Moto G (2nd generation)

Great app. But have to uninstall it until auto-deletion of old videos is fixed. Because it keeps showing the notification that there is no space left. And even if I delete it's videos MANUALLY, it keeps showing the same notice UNTIL I restart the phone. 5/5 if it gets fixed. But as it is now it is unusable. I like this app a lot because of the small video size, audio recording and that it can save to microSD card as well as other features. However, I find that the camera consistently re-focuses a lot during recording on my Note 4. I don't have this problem on other dash cam apps and it doesn't happen on my S3.

Too much overheating after running for less than 5 minutes. Will not consider keeping it despite the rest of the features.

Note 3. Application launchs by itself after exiting. Luckily there is uninstall option

Good layout, easy to use. I will buy when you improve the focusing.

Please add the led light option. At night its to dark and cant open the LED on the phone

Works fine for recording. The issue for my phone is that makes it overheat and subsequently draining battery even when plugged in, the only occasion when this happens.

Beware.

Slow to start up on my phone and even worse on my car cam. Over 4 minutes.

Great concept and not bad at what it does. Only gripe is that on note 4 which is octocore (8 processors) the camera keeps re-focusing and the MPH is always an incorrect reading. Do not use in an insurance claim as app will invalidate your insurance making you the guilty party due to the above issues. Otherwise ok.

Empty battery, even when charging. Device slows down, unable to use. Signs recognition is random, never seen the signs you show me in app. Even after I stop and went to farmacy, it keeps updating me with signs like I am going somewhere but I stopped for several minutes already! So GPS isn't used by your app! So bad.
