Interval timer for sport HIIT

Excellent aplication, the desing allows me to focus on training, the notifications allow me to leave it in the background and change music without disrupting the timer or the need to constantly check the phone and best of all, it's easy to make my own routines and i can also download aditional premade ones, i'm not sure if it's only going to be aproved ones or anyone will be able to upload ther own but still is a great feature.
