Московский театр кукол

Московский театр кукол — старейший из ныне действующих кукольных театров столицы и один из старейших в России. Он был создан в 1930 году как Театр детской книги, а с 1954 года носит название Московский театр кукол. Сегодня это актуальный, многожанровый творческий центр столичной «кукольной жизни», в репертуаре которого около двадцати спектаклей для детей и взрослых. Зрители начинают приходить сюда в буквальном смысле с рождения – театр создал уникальный жанр «бэби-театра» для детей от одного до трех лет («Театр на ладошке»). В репертуаре есть экспериментальный спектакль для слабовидящих и незрячих («Майская ночь»).
