Some of the listed settings aren't on all machines (and some offbeat measurements such as 1/5 cup) so users may have to improvise and that's not something that always turns out well with bread machines. Also, there are a number of ingredients in some recipes that many people will either not recognize or have easy access to. It would be helpful if there were a few notes to accompany the recipes but the source link at the bottom of the recipe is not in english so...
