About Azimuth plugin (Free)

Attention: This is not a standalone application, this is a plugin for Photo Tools version 0.8 and later.

This plugin for Photo Tools allows you to calculate the azimuth of the sun. Can be useful for photographers, who want to know where the sun will shine at a certain time, in a certain place.

Differences from the paid version of the plugin:
1. You can not save the selected locations.
2. The application does not remember the last camera position on the map.
3. The application does not remember the type of map used for the last time.
4. The application does not have search by address and geo coordinates.

Review revised: as developer pointed out tome , the Azimuth plug-in requires a LONG tap: if you keep your finger on the screen long enough (half-a-second!), it works very well, and shows the direction of the sun. A very good complement to Photo Tools

Great app, simple to use

This worked two or three times when I first downloaded then quit. Don't know why. UPDATE: When I click on Azimuth from the Photo Tools app, rather than open the Azimuth it simply closes Photo Tools and returns me to my phone's start screen. I tried removing Azimuth and reinstalling but it does the same thing.
