В основном расчёты. offline.
Приложение разработано для "рабочих" условий.
Положение экрана Landscape. Вертикальный, горизонтальный scroll.
Нажатия на кнопки дублированы функцией вибро.
Все данные в приложении вводятся в миллиметрах: 1м=1000 миллиметров.
Исключение- раздел "Задув трубы", 1м=1м,
Приложение включает следующие разделы;
Расчет силы тока: РД,РАД,МП сварки.
Таймер задува трубы аргоном:
ввод диаметра и длины трубы-вывод в таймер время задува.
Расчет вставок трубопроводов:
соединение труб вставкой под разными углами.
Расчет сварного перехода.
Врезка (тройник 90°).
Расчет отвода: готовый гнутый отвод- измерение плоскостей наружной и внутренней,
в зависимости от градуса реза.
Создание сварного отвода из сегментов. Градус угла отвода от 10 до 90.
Расчет угла соединения конструкций на примере лестниц под разными углами.
Расчет целой лестничной конструкции.
Гипотенузы: с углом 90° между катетами, 10-90° между катетами, трубная гипотенуза (две трубы с отводом 10-90°),
по гипотенузе и углу найти 2 катета.
Расчет объемов: куба, цилиндра, усеченного конуса (с учетом толщины стенки наружный, внутренний). Периметр конструкции (наружный и внутренний+ диагонали+площадь нар., внутр.).
Электроды РД- плавящиеся (назначение, аналоги),
РАД- не плавящиеся (назначение, свойства).
Стали углеродистые, легированные(состав, назначение, аналоги).
Длина сварного шва.
