iv'e been using this app since 2011 eventhough there's disappointment especially blocking some of my ids but i love this app.and i change my rate 1star to 5star.can't help it ..i love this app..a great one!!double thumbs up..

Earning cu is too difficult...u should make it more available...so that we can enjoy the different items in shop

Hi developers! Very good app! But! Bad login system. I'd like to sign in by password. Because everyone who touch my phone can read my mail and other stuff. There is no log out. Why? Implement password authentication please. It's really inconvenient now.

Support system don't help when I want to remove my SMS registered one of my character. The character doesn't lose but I lost my phone number and it has inactivated, so I cannot remove that inactive phone number

I've been used this apps for 7 years, for my 4 years of using was so memorable and exciting .i have 10 ids until now i didnot recover because of HACKER russian.i am so disapionted for it and decide to leave this apps. And now more of changes mostly gamers dislikes it.i want the old version and no punishment for the kicker ( GANGs )

I hate because it is so hard to get c.u. After that, i have do some offer, and points did not rewarded. I have report, and still not give the reward

I've been on gala for like 5 years, used to love it. Was so much more fun back then, now days full of drama and that. I don't top up anymore compared to how much I used to spend, went from using it daily to every now and then. The only reason I log in at all is for the few kindred spirits that I've met there, who became good friends over time. Lastly I had less than 10 ids, six of them was blocked unfairly.. I didn't do fraud or use outside app and I would hardly call 10 ids a army lol another reason I stopped spending money there and refuse to give you more money by unblocking. What's the point when gala abuse it's power and will only block again????

Developers block people's account without any solid proof, we have spent more and more money to this app but it seems that users dont have any rights. My planet was confiscated for no reason and it was a heavy invested popular planet your consitutions are hypocritical. You sexualized most things included customes, gifts, planet actions and the love bed but your constitution says that we cant name planets that contains sexual acts.

I been using this for over 6 years I've never had a problem before until today.. my character was blocked for using external app but I have never used such thing always this app I use.. I tried contacting support service about it but they said they can't deal with and now am looking down at 331cu unblock for an offensive I didn't commit.. this is just so annoying being blocked for something you have not done it's just unfair.. like I said I've been there for a long time and things like this make me wonder if want to spend another penny' in the game what's the point if you gonna get blocked unfairly after all you're hard work and the game support system don't care

I'm thinking of this app was good and friendly but sad thing was 1c.u amount is higher literally in this app on my purchase of 1c.u = 17 rs cost is higher fr me I dislike this amount so I'f u made changes on ur backend team upon to like 10 rs correct or else to change cu gold coins for 2 or 3

Don't download this app if you lose YOUR character the surpport staff would not help you recover it.

Hello, can you please help me with my concern? Ive been with Galaxy for over a year now. And the number registered on my SMS services is my phone that got lost. I can't top up my account because of this. Will it be possible for me to change the number on my SMS services? I tried a few times and they're sending the "code" to unregister to the number that got lost already. Please help me on this I want to top up my character already.

Galaxy system is full of fraud it won't give any high prices on wheel of fortune and free chest. And any other from there. And it won't give free new year wish what we likes. Gaining money from people's that's the main process happening here better install any other games guys. You will get stress only if u install this.
