About BusyBox
This application is an BusyBox installer for Android. Includes BusyBox v1.27.2, supported 357 applets, the most complete set of functions. Supports installation BusyBox from the application and via recovery from zip archive (see "Menu - Zip archive").
To install BusyBox requires superuser (root) privileges, but you also can use a busybox tools without root permissions. For it is enough in any Android terminal to type the following command:
export PATH=/data/data/ru.meefik.busybox/files/bin:$PATH
BusyBox combines tiny versions of many common UNIX utilities into a single small executable. It provides replacements for most of the utilities you usually find in GNU fileutils, shellutils, etc. The utilities in BusyBox generally have fewer options than their full-featured GNU cousins; however, the options that are included provide the expected functionality and behave very much like their GNU counterparts. BusyBox provides a fairly complete environment for any small or embedded system.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Device with architecture ARM, x86 or MIPS
* Android 2.3 (API 9) or later
* Superuser permissions (root)

* * * * * * E D I T of EDIT* * * * * * Apparently BusyBox is not compatible with SuperSU and Android Oreo. . . * * * EDIT * * * Ok apparently these failures I mentioned are from some new incompatibility with SuperSU. I unrooted and rerooted with Magsiks and your BusyBox just installed as expected. I have not tested yet but I'm sure it will work fine. It feels nice to be back with the best BusyBox in the the Play store. My apologies for the mix up after reading a few of the ratings it was clear the problem was on my end. Thanks for the bianary!! Fails to install on nexus 6p stock oreo rooted. Its been unable to install on oreo since the dev previews. Its was the best busybox in the playstore no question. Now its unusable even after the 6 or so months time to prepare for new android version. I guess this is no longer supported and is dead weight now. Its a shame becuase this was a must have for me on all my devices running nougat.

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Easy five stars, best BusyBox on the playstore! For some reason I can't install on rooted Nexus 6p Android O preview 3. But I can install other busyboxes. Any suggestions?? Still the best busybox but I guess I'll have to wait for Android O support before I can reinstall it.

It is forever labeled update eventhough I have updated it for upteenth times. My phone root is working whether it is installed or not. Of course there is a primary busybox already installed for the root to work. So what is this busybox for?
