Newly installed so maybe I'll update this if I have issues but the app seems straight-forward; log in with both G+ and IG using the familiar 3rd party login screens by giving the app respective permissions. For me the app loaded the last 30 IG posts, but I was able to easily tap on any of them and it created a pre-made post complete with the caption and a web-link. So far, seems like it works. Would definitely be willing to donate/buy to get rid of ads, but maybe this is better monetization for the creator. Not going to take away a star simply because creator doesn't want my money :)
