Day by Day Organizer PRO

I really needed an all-in-one task and calendar app, and this is by far the best one I found. It would be really cool if I could drag a task into an open timeslot in my day, in effect turning a task into an event. I'm sure someone has thought of it before and I guess it can't be done because of the different nature of tasks and events... But it doesn't hurt to ask. Anyway, I love your app and it's excellent instructions. Thank you!

It has all the main features I want, being things like: Good widget options, multiple calendar support on multiple accounts (personal gmail, work gmail, etc.), seamless integration between events and tasks, and a few other nice touches. Some features I wished they could add: Task notifications on days: Right now when you set a notification for tasks, it lets you pick a time, but not a day for that time. That means the task I wanted to be reminded of later in the week could only be reminded on the day I set the clock. Still over all this is a fantastic app, that I hope you will consider purchasing.

Hats of for these amazing developers, you've done what they all said couldn't be done! Making life perfectly easy, no complications, beautiful look, modern, easy, fast. I have never felt this relief from a task manager, calender or reminder app before. Gave up finding a combo of all and wouldn't believe my eyes, when I finally found it! It's just pure amazing. I can't explain how happy I am. Plus surprised am not paying a high monthly fee for this even?! A BIG thank you to you guys!! (Sorry for 4/5. A 5/5 rating for me would need a android wear connection somehow, to see my tasks in the watch directly & not rely on my phone. Updating my review as soon as that is solved, thats a promise!)

I've been using this app for about 9 mos and it really is good. I've noticed, in the past couple of months tho, that it takes a long time to update an event/task after I hit the ✔️ mark. If I suspect I didn't save it, I try to open it again and I get "input error". If I get out and come back later, it does eventually update... App does what it advertises.. I use it everyday.

At first I was really loving this app, then I noticed that some appointments that I had entered for clients we're deleted. Not by me. Another problem I have to enter appointments more than once before they actually save. Some of the appointments on the calendar are syncing with my other Google calendar devices and some aren't. So that is also creating a problem. I really love the colors and design on this app over the basic calendar that comes with the S8. I do hope the kinks are worked out. I'm a therapist, can't really have appointments disappearing.

Update 9/12/17: i am still using and loving this app. I do want to ask the developers, if its possible to make this app available for split screen. Being able to look at the organizer and use my calculator at the same time would be so convenient. I really enjoy this app, it's one of the only ones I have found, that allows me to view in monthly format with text but also allows me to check off tasks in this view. If multi screen is an option that can be added, please do so as this app would be just perfect then. Original: I had some problems w/inactive calendars showing from my google calendar. I have gotten a response from the company and my problem is now remedied. I was unmarking the calendar in the settings, but there is also a place if you slide from the right of screen in that pulls up all calendars. It has to be unchecked there as well. In this pane there is a pencil beside my google account and when I go there it shows calendar Sync for that account, uncheck it here also. Thanks for the amazing customer service!

Was hard to tell whether or not everything was synced to google. But besides that temporary "setback," this is my favorite organization app out of all apps I have used. Can't wait to see what improvements will be made.

Its good, far better than most. It also has shortcomings but having written that, they did not develop it 'to my personal specs'. Its a keeper.

First understand that this app uses Google Tasks (gtasks) behind the scene, which is both a blessing and a curse. Its good because if you switch phones, you can install app on new phone and get going. But bad because its stuck with whatever gtasks offers, so it can only go two deep. It will never be like Microsoft Project. All that said, I like it. You can assign tasks to groups like home or work. Have a completion date or not for top level or not. Note that if you don't have your phone you can log into your Google account in a web browser, just like G Drive, and look at the tasks, but editing them might risk messing them up. I think its under the calendar but just search it I could be wrong.

Niiiice. I was testing out the free version (with "pro" preview) and was loving it. Got a notification it was on discount. Got it. Thanks. You just replaced the other calendar I've been using for years. Good job.

Being ADHD...gotta have this. Love the ability to choose so many options. Would, however, appreciate the ability to click on the space for entering "location" in events and be able to choose from my contacts addresses.

So far so good what I really don't like us the color of the event which is really light and you can't see what that is but overall a great app

I LOVE this app!!! If you can integrate with Amazon's Alexa, it would be a SIX star review!!! The calendar integrates, because of google, but I can't get my to do list on Alexa to show up in the app.

Te best i have used. Even better than Google because it makes sure you get the reminder on time! And the developer helps quickly.

It does what I want and I'm very happy with it. I particularly wanted to set up undated tasks that would carry forward and it does that easily.

I love the flexibility of this app! It would be great if it could be integrated with Microsoft Dynamic 365 but still a great app.

Multiple calendars = no problem. Phone, Tablet or Chrome = no problem.

So glad I bought this, so much better than the free stuff available.

This was the best, maybe only, app I've found that allows me to see my Google calendar events and tasks for the day on the same calendar, which is is what I was looking for. Would be great if there was a website as well.

The days were all wonky. I would add a task in for say, Friday, and it would also add it to Saturday. Then I would delete a task from Saturday, and all of Friday's would disappear.

Just the best. Not as pretty as some but tasks and calendar sync perfectly with Google and the widget works brilliantly on my home screen.

Nice app. Runs fairly smoothly and let's me view my Google calendar easily on the go. A little buggy at times, but overall very good resource.

This app is really made a difference in how I plan my day. Seriously an upgrade to the standard, native Google Calendar app.

I tried all the best apps over the years. At last I have the one that shows events and tasks to me the way I need to see them, and makes it easy to customize for uncomplicated life guidance. Automatically pulls in items I enter in any other calendar app so no plans get misplaced, like Gtasks and Google calendar. Not so fancy I get overwhelmed by choices, yet has all the repeats and reminders I care to use.

I have used for 6 weeks. I like the way to do list rolls over to next day if not completed on given date. Very intuitive, easy to use calendar feature. I use the agenda setting each day. Recommend!

I tried Jorte, Evernote, Wunderlist, OneNote...all organizers in Google Play, but when I installed Day By Day organizer Pro version I was extremely surprised - finally I found the perfect organizer that I ever searched! Amazing!!!

I use this app to manage my entire business calendar. Works well and I enjoy the colour options.
