Your diets suck because they are for very well physically trained people, e g soldiers, but not for obesed ones, who barely walk! And daily control of mood and calories absolutely doesn't help to loose weight. Dieting should be individual, just as it says in your terms and conditions. So if you know it, don't fool people by giving false hopes. Dieting has become an industry and a very good business nowadays, so be careful, people!

It was okay but as I'm living in the UK a lot of things I wanted to add weren't on there. Sad really. That and I have been using it along side their recipe Calendar, they don't even cross reference. The recipes don't exist with this app. Will find something that gives me more variety. Thanks anyway :)

I like it, relatively easy to use, good amount of foods. My only complaint would be trying to figure out grams of liquids. It would be much easier to use volume measurements rather than measurements of weight. Apart from that, all the other parameters and entries are easily done. I appreciate the reminders, which keep me thinking about my goals.

it is simple and good as i changed my mobile but was not registered previously i need to start again from zero. The current free version has restricted many options which were previously free eg. calorie counter / weight graphs. water reminder...this was a little disappointing. in general app is quite good

This has been my best tool in my weight loss journey to keep track of everything from my weight, calories, water intake, exercise. So far so good not a fan of the fact that you can't change measurements for liquids and solids but otherwise a great tracking app has everything you need to track progress with meals exercise routines and supplements. Big thumbs up took me several hours of looking to find a free app that did this which caught me by surprise.

I used to have a lot of issues keeping track of what I ate , when I ate it , how much and if I even ate that day - however , when I got this app , I know when , what and how much this had helped me lose weight in a very healthy way I have so far lost 3 pounds in a week by following one of there diet and work out plans - the plans are very manageable , therefore it makes weight lost easy to achieve.

This app is missing quite a bit but has potential. If you work a late shift the clock does not go into late hours of the day for you to accurately log meal times. The only provide windows for expected/normal breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also, measurements are in grams instead of ounces. I could not find a setting to adjust this preference.

Apart from initially being totally confused as the app was called "Lose weight without dieting", which was a bit of a misnomer to say the least, I must say that entering what I'd eaten/drunk (or the nearest equivalent), and seeing whether it was good or "bad" for weight loss was a very good way of telling me how to change my ways. Several sports/activities weren't available, so as with the food&drink I just chose the nearest and input that, and eventually I did achieve my goal weight. If I had one negative thing to say, it's about me and my inputting the required information, cos one has to be true and methodical, and missing one day of entering data isn't too bad for catching up, but miss 2 or more days, and unless you have a fantastic memory, there's a chance you'll fail (like me) to enter details. Having said that, I kept on with the food and drink program (and exercise) and have now lost nearly 14lbs (1 stone), so thank you very much for this excellent way of keeping tabs on my weight reduction!
