IoT Manager for Android
I don't know what this is. It says it's an mqtt app but it doesn't subscribe to my topics and it publishes garbage onto my network.
Cannot set up mqtt. It keeps tring to connect if you close and open the apps. It does not let you to input any value for connection.
Impossible to make it work.
Crashes on startup
Perfekt
Not able to connect to the broker. I Was able to connect to same broker when tried from different app from playstore but IoT manager keeps disconnecting. Update: after suggestion by the iot manager team tried all the brokers with no effect..the app wont connect at all...and slowed my phone to death...worst app for mqtt connections
Hi, I wanted to try it out with shifter.io, but could not even connect. I tried it with pure Paho engine since it at least tries to connect via mqtt://broker.shifter.io:8883. But unfortunately it did not, maybe you need to change the connection string behaviour. It would be nice to have shifter.io supported by your app, since that platform gave me the full understanding of message transport on a visual basis. Also it's free. all the best and notify me if you could save the problem. I tried it also with your recommended cloud and it worked fine with provided example of ESP8266 that's why you get a big 5.
It's a must for your IoT gadgets. You need to have some knowledge on mqtt protocol to configure it but then everyone at home can use it daily using the end user configuration
Not able to connect more than one esp8266 to the same app view
It's very awesome.. Let it connect your devices any where.. I Like it..
new update is not working at all. Tried on different phone models.
Hard to subscribe to topic and way too hard to configure widget. Mqtt is supposed to be a lightweight protocol - why send so much data to the widget?
Is there any tutorials on youtube or any website....
Recent update nailed it! Speed can always be improved I guess but overall great. Only really missing thing is drag & drop UI but that's different story. Thanks heaps & have a good one.
Looks perfect. But I have a dumb question. I just learned about mqtt today so I apologize in advance. Where does the code for widgets go? Is that to be sent from the broker to the topics/config?
Looks great but I would like to use topics besides /IoTManager/...
Пжалста, сделайте это приложение меньше по размеру - в бюджетные смарты запихнуть его проблематично: не хватает места.
Cool app...looking forwards to more widgets...how about time, date. Was looking towards using Blynk but that needs another process and interface from mqtt
great controller , i searched for the RGB Color picker widget but didn't find it in sample sketches.
A versatile IoT project with wide range of options. It covers all the aspects of an IoT and making it a ready to adapt home automation system.

Work well!
Great app and esp8266 samples.
Very clever mqtt client
Only supports websockets
new update is not working at all. Tried on different phone models.
Looks great, but it's a shame it doesn't actually support MQTT. As the dev mentions, it's a webview app and doesn't support the actual MQTT protocol. I'd love to use it if the dev ever happens to write a real app. =]
Doesn't support mosquitto MQTT v3.1.1 apparently. Very nice interface otherwise.
Need to use websocket. Only latest mosquitto support websocket. Will give 5 star if it can support mqtt protocol
Is there any tutorials on youtube or any website....

Can't get it to connect to a MosQiTTo broker. Checked and MosQiTTo does not offer websockets.
Great job

Great app though more widgets will be great, for example rgb color picker. Also in the picture and info range widget is advised but i can't find it. Where is the doc cand find it in help section?
