В данном методическом пособии приведена методика тропления животных по следам на снегу. Она используется для изучения экологии и поведения млекопитающих: определения размеров участка их обитания, биотопического и стациального распределения, кормовой базы, особенностей поведения при кормежке и т.д. Приводятся некоторые приемы определения свежести следа и направления хода животных, правила тропления и регистрации результатов.
В состав пособия входит учебно-методический фильм, демонстрирующий технологию проведения данного исследования в полевых условиях.

This manual describes a method of tracking animals in the footsteps in the snow. It is used to study the ecology and behavior of mammals: the sizing portion of their habitat, habitat and distribution of statsialnogo, fodder, of the behavior during feeding, etc. We present some of the techniques determining the freshness of the track and the direction of travel of animals, the rules of tracking and recording the results.
The structure of benefits included educational and methodical film showing the technology of this research in the field.
