Life balance is the line, sometimes pretty difficult to find, between what a person has to do, what he needs, what he wants and how his life is going. Responsibilities, needs, desires and reality – to manage your time means to share your lifetime between the most important things.
Categories
Me – this category includes all that you do for yourself, the fulfillment of your desires, your leisure time and relax in all its diversity. For example, reading books, visiting Spa, spending time with friends, delicious food, piloting courses, embroidery and other self-education stuff, etc.
Work, or business – this category includes everything that you must do or have to do, everyting that you do for others. For example, work itself, for students this can be a study, home cleaning, or to change tires on wheels, to take someone somewhere, etc.
Sleep.
Waste – this category includes everything that annoys you, things that you do clearly not understanding for whom and for what reason, anything that absorbs your time, not bringing any use, laziness, which you then reproach yourself, nonstop media viewing and browsing, including the Internet, insomnia, when "your eyes stuck on the ceiling”, waiting for people being late, when you have nothing to do, the trafic jams time, which also act on the nerves, etc.
Controversial moments. Where to put cooking, watching good movies, long-awaited lying on the couch, office meetings and tea-talking gatherings? You decide. It is the balance of your life.
Balance. Just remember, you are not a robot – and thus don’t try to reduce to zero the last category or otherwise abuse your mind&soul. To get started go to a simple balance of your life and manage your time so that the balance between the categories "me", "work", "sleep", "waste" approaches to the ratio 7-7-7-3. Take this first step towards harmony and improve the quality of your life.
How to use
The click on one of the categories on the main screen starts a countdown on shoosen category and stops the countdown on previous (the same with double click from the Results screen). The results are summarized as the cumulative total and displayed on the Results screen. When the balance is out of the ratio the corresponding row turns red and you see what you focus too much or too little time.

Good idea and start. Love the concept but onky has 6 non custom categories. Save My Time does it better but it haa a nuts subscription pricing. I'd rather use this and hope it improves vs. paying monthly for an app.
