About Cremoso Latte
Pod pokroviteljstvom kompanije Roastery 1886 i brenda Cremoso Latte, održaće se takmičenje Barista pod nazivom Serbian Latte Art Championship 2015. Takmičenje u veštini Latte Art-a će se održati 24. septembra 2015. godine u BelExpo Centru. Ova manifestacija će okupiti veliki broj Barista iz cele Srbije koji će imati priliku da pokažu svoju tehniku i dokažu veštinu u pravljenju Latte Art-a. Cilj takmičenja je isticanje umetničkog izraza Barista kroz stvaranje Latte Art-a. Ova vrsta umetnosti je veoma istaknuta u svetu a Serbian Latte Art Championship će doprineti da se svest o ovoj umetnosti proširi i utemelji i u Srbiji. Poziv za takmičenje će biti otvoren od 1. avgusta, a svi zainteresovani se mogu prijaviti za takmičenje na sajtu www.cremoso.rs popunjavanjem prijave. Prijavljeni Baristi će imati priliku da prođu predkvalifikacije u periodu od 24. avgusta do 11. septembra, a osam najboljih će učestvovati u finalu, 24. septembra u BelExpo Centru, koje je centralni događaj šampionata. Svaki od osam Barista koji prođe kvalifikacije će imati zadatak da na centralnom događaju napravi četiri kapućina, free style pouring, odnosno po dva identična para na osnovu fotografije Latte Arta koju predhodno prilaže sudijama na osnovu koje će sudije ocenjivati po tehničkoj i vizuelnoj bodovnoj listi. Barista sa najboljim performansama,
tehnikama i vremenom izrade Latte Arta, odnosno pobednik šampionata dobija glavnu nagradu - put u Italiju na usavršavanje i razvoj u Latte Art umetnosti i Barista profesiji.
Počasni sudija šampionata biće Gian Luigi Nora. Gospodin Gian Luigi Nora je svetski poznati expert u oblasti kvaliteta kafe, koji je u ovoj industriji vise od 6 decenija. Radio je, i dalje radi za najeminentnije kompanije Brazila i Italije. Svoju profesionalnu karijeru počeo je u proizvodnji, procesovanju i trgovini sirove kafe, ali je razvio posebnu ljubav prema upoznavanju i razvijanju same tehnologije prženja i blendiranja. Autor je više značajnih knjiga na temu kvaliteta kafe. Na čelu je kreativnog tima kompanije Roastery 1886 od njenog osnivanja.
