This is definitely safe for children

My daughter is using this app to keep in touch with her best friend who changed school. It is an easy and safe app for children but a lot of time the app just doesn't work properly. I think it happens 2 to 4 times per week, the app just won't log in. It is a bit frustrating. (Not to mention about the password issue, once you log out it wont let you log back in, request new password and it doesn't work). Hope they fix this because my daughter would like to keep her best friend around.

Won't let my child log in. Had password reset and sent to my e mail but app keeps saying "password does not match registered account". Plz plz fix, cos I absolutely LOVE this app. It's sooo safe and easy to manage for us ("old folk") who are not tech savvy!!!

Cant access to be able to message with my sons. It says passwords are incorrect, get access codes and then are told they are incorrect. Happens 2 to 3 times a week

We have password resent to us and it still won't let us log in. Please fix this.

I done this for my son plz add him his name is jay7 so if your sons or daughters got it plz add him he don't have much friends cuz he's got special needs it will make his day bless him he's only 7 years old

It is a bad software .I registered my kids its not work . I hate it.

Great idea putting this into action but unfortunately not consistently functional and reliable enough yet but I think it has the potential to be a really great product

Disappointed. Really like the idea, but so far is too complicated to use. As a parent, i have not been able to text, or to add friends for myself (as a kid)or my daughter because it keeps telling me there is no parental relation. In addition, it does not allow parents to monitor multiple kids/accounts, and does not allow for switching users on the same device...at least if it does have those options, i havent been able to figure them out...

Everybody has bad reviews so i am not Going to waste my time

Terrible! Tried for an hour to send a message from either my phone or my sons tablet. Nothing ever made it! Great idea...if only it worked, which it doesnt.

Nice idea but it doesn't seem to work all the time. Doesn't stay logged in. I get notifications but the app opens as if for the first time. Doesn't keep my messages. Every time I have to log back in all previous messages are lost.

Really good idea. Poorly executed. Very difficult to set up a safe chat system between me and my child. Buggy. After setting it up i could add myself or my son. Will keep an eye on this app but wont use it at the momwnt.

Terrible. Hard to use, JSON errors, email I got had "You verification code is" and no verification code. Waste of my time.

Doesnt work properly on samsung tablet

When I go into settings and try to click stickers the app crashes. I use this to text with my daughter and where as it is basic and barely works, it doesn't cut it. The concept is adorable though. It needs more sticker option, more drawing colors and I'd like it personally if the messages would save so I can see what she's been saying with her friends. Just a suggestion.

It's improving! I would have rated it better if I still didn't have to reinstall it from time to time due to crashes. But at least it gets more stable after reinstalling.

Doesn't work at all since last update

App says welcome back and then has a continue button. I hit the button and it automatically force closes.

My daughter and I tried to use this on her kindle and my Samsung phone and we have had more problems than times it has worked!! So frustrating!

I love the idea of the app, and my daughter was so excited to get texts from me. I just set it up between she and I. Unfortunately half the time our messages don't show up.

Could sign in, but messages wouldn't arrive and the status of the contacts flickered on and off. Uninstalled after minutes.

My kids love this app to chat with cousins that live out of town. There are some lags and difficulty sending messages at time. I also just noticed that my niece has a drawing feature that my kids don't see on their devices. No update for it? Would love to see some more improvements for this app. Very kid friendly, love the security.

Useless app that requires a password reset every time I log in. Latest attempt to reset sits and spins with the message "authenticating". I created one child's account flawlessly, but not the other's. It's been at least a week and I'm still waiting for an account verification email. Save yourself the hassle and do not install.

I had a few problems setting it up, it still has some things to iron out. However the support people are quite helpful and we sorted it out, and now my daughter is so happy to have an app she can use to chat with her friends, and I like to be kept up to date. It's a little funny that I have to create a username and give myself approval if I want to chat with her, but it works! :)
