Rocket Player Cloud Expansion for Android
I've been using Rocket Player as my Android music player for about 4 years now, and it's still the best one I've come across. Always works right and never gives me any problems. Good stuff.
The cloud expansion is really useful and even after a year Rocket Player is still my go to app for my music. Well done JRT.
Great music player minus the star thing doesn't work right but oh well.
Keeps shutting down..worthless
It's a very good app i have ever used
Best music app with good themes and a lot of customisation
Doesn't work....
Still the best. My most loved app.
Good music player
I'm a bit of an audiophile and am VERY picky about my music and how it is organized and the so I Nd quality etc... I've tried many music apps and had used iTunes for many years. It wasn't until I discovered Rocket player and found out the MANY useful features that I was forever changed! I absolutely love all the customization you can do with this app and every update gets better and better! I love how it shows you the bit rate of the music you're listening to to make sure it's quality! Thanks so much!!!
I've recently switched over from my iPhone and was looking for a player that could sync stuff from iTunes. This ticked the box. Overall it's a good app, but having to install the individual themes and add ons (like album art grabber which is an additional cost) is just messy and annoying.
I'm an audiophile and very OCD when it comes to my music. I had an iPod and it crap the bed and of course the warranty was up and wasn't going to fork out the money to get it fixed. I found this app and as soon as I started adding music to my phone I fell in love with it. I highly recommend it.
Like Michael C., I too am an audiophile and am extremely picky about my music, and what apps find themselves installed on my device, but Rocketplayer apps will always "have a home" on my device, even if that means in deleting another app. I use music to deprogram, it makes me happy. Rocketplayer plays a very big part with that. KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO! !
Love the app, and this extension saved my playlists I put extensive hours into creating on my old device, but I have no idea how to cancel the service. If somebody could fill me in on that, that would be great.
At last a music player that supports proper sorting by physical file timestamp as well as by tag info (genre, artist, etc). Builds its own media database - works way better than the built-in Android media storage. Extremely robust, lots of options. Excellent job!
This made me love even more listening to my favorite songs even repeating it 100 times non stop ..two thumbs up for this app i've been using this since 2013 ..so great !
I am not able to access my playlists on my new phone. They are on my old phone. For some reason the app doesn't ask for me to login in my old phone like it does on the new phone. Therefore the playlists will not backup. I have uninstalled and installed again four times and it still doesn't ask me to log on theGalaxy S6 Edge (old phone). Sent email to developer (s).
Whenever I try to do something it always unfortunately has stopped working. Report and nothing ever happens. Uninstalling again.
I downloaded the extension, paid the 99 cents, it worked for a few days, then it started glitching, I uninstalled it, re-installed it, now, not only is it not working at all, but it showing up as if I never paid for it!!!! Smh
Simple. And I am not sure if I'll be charged how much 99c or 3.99 ....
I recommended Rocket Player to all my friends. It's much better than Power Amp.Support is excellent to.Keep up the good work...
Works about 80%of the time. Happy but could have been a tad better. Still bought it though :)
It lets me listen to music that I have on my SD card that Google play music won't let me listen to
This make a good work on your local library, but when you use with iSyncr, the tags lose it, please fix the iSyncr for sync back the album art and tags to itunes.-
Best music application online.
Perfect
This is such a great app, and a definite must have for me, alongside my Rocket Player. It is a nice added extra. Thanks Justin, keep up the hard work mate, loving what u n JRT Studio are doing!!!
Installed cloud features. Now app crashes after playing any song for 3 seconds
Great Addition to music
Nice work guys keep it up
best
Had this app for a couple of years now and it's been a pleasure to use. However, I'd love to see a more sophisticated song queuing system like Spotify's. The current "Up next" feature puts the most recently added song at the front of the queue which seems counterintuitive as the first track I queue tends to be the one I want to listen to most, not the last. Spotify allows you to queue each song consecutively. Would love to see this in Rocket Player :)
Well worth the dollar a year if you have a large collection and use a derelict program to sync (cough Windows Media Player cough). Keep up the great work JRT! When it comes to music apps, you guys are THE best on the market.
First of all: This app is entirely optional. And for a fee of 1$/year it works as promised. Artwork is found pretty easily and fast, Auto-Tag works like a charm. However there are some minor issues where I'm not sure if they are the devs fault or the 3rd party Database he uses. Some songs are mismatches if they resemble another (different languages f.e.); if a song is silent for a longer period, the auto-Tag does not work at all; Auto-Tag sometimes searches for minutes; Many Artworks are missing.
Its a cool idea I'm just very disappointed that I have to buy this. I have been putting this off for a long time but I bought premium a very long time ago and have been with the app since they had the old logo and have been very loyal. Just a little sad because I bought premium a while back and I did it because it gave me the arts I wanted!!! But I still don't wanna give the app a bad review.
Since i downloaded the app, wenever i play any song it gives me this error and rocket player itself crashes, i just got the premium version of that as well.. Device S7 edge stock..
Why do we need this too? Feels like attempt to get more cash through ad and analytics revenue
Everytime I try to use the auto tag feature tells me I have to download this ..but then when I do it keeps saying its not responding...

I love Rocket Player, definitely my favourite music player. This cloud expansion is handy, but it doesn't seem to be able to find photos for around half of the artists in my library, most of which are pretty well known. I understand it's limited by the Gracenotes database, but it would be great if there was a way to set artist images manually.
