Log Call to Calendar

Did someone call you? Would you like a record of it?

Now this simple and lightweight app records the last call information as a Google Calendar event, storing the number, the name (if known) the date and time of the call and the duration.

The logging is done by you by choosing an option from the notifications bar - so nothing can be added without your explicit permission.
