Great idea. Try improving it.
Truly impressive seeing something like this on a phone... Unfortunately, there's quite a learning curve. I made myself cross-eyed trying it xD

this doesn't work at all. I looked on the site how to use it and I did all that correctly and still nothing. I get on position, I click start, the red cross-head moves and nothing else happens. if this is a joke-app then +1 of not, it sucks. lol
At first, i couldnt get it to work, but after contacting the developer, it works great! it will sometimes do random things, but its a prototype, so i dont expect it to be perfect.
Keep up the good work! I was just playing with it on my break at work, I look forward to giving it another try when I get home with better lighting! I'll let you know how it turns out!
Would have given more for the concept but your overly rude replies and not being able to take criticism doesn't allow for that.
It doesn't even start on my Xperia s running 4.0.4
I under stand that it is a prototype, but in the field of mobile development you are going to have to suck it up and expect criticism. How hard would it be to put a tutorial inside of the app itself? You need to not expect your audience to do your job of explaining for you.
Useless
I am giving u a 5 star for your idea an i think after the updates this app can do a lot of stuff jus wanted to ask you that when my fsce is calibrated it only recognizes one button click snit keeps on typing that particular letter and dont get shifted to other button
like it
Keep trying. Could use this to test where on an advert people are looking.
Crap
Title says it all.
Great idea with great potential for improving the quality of life of persons with disability. I was unable to set it up correctly since I hold the phone to far away in order for my face to fit in the red box. As a result performance was sub par. However I encourage you to continue improving it further so it becomes more usable. Maybe you can give the user some feedback like a visual cursor onscreen indicating where the user is looking?
I'm starting my own eye application on.android using opencv, perhaps instead of blinking you could use some sort of timer if the user is looking inside specific Co-ordinates? What algorithm and image processing techniques did you use in this? I'm doing my bachelors and it's my final year project. Keep up the good work and ignore the haters. Solid start with alot of potential
Would you pls fix it? I am still waiting to test your project myself........... 3 star for now
Nice
This is amazing, any chance we could see the code? I Would love to see this evolve. Screen was a little small on my phone so a little tricky getting my face in the box, but finally got it working. great job!!
Add features like scroll homescreens, phone txt messages, applications screens through eyes... blink 1 tym or 2 tym to select... features like that.. whole scrolling areas of phone..( as in a Backgroynd running app )... This type of app will b super cooool.. ASAP.
Title says it all.
Works good on my, Sero 7 pro made by Hinense, tablet. Just like any new development it has some room for improvement. I would like a way to tell the app where the camera is in relation to the screen. Having a way of selecting a long press vs a short tap based off what type of blink or wink would be great. In the future it would be amazing if a directional pad could be made available, then the target audience would have an app that could be used to interact with other android apps. Still very cool app
Hey, the light detection seems to be working fine but after I click the start button nothing seems to happen what should I be doing ? I look at the camera as it asks me to but still nothing the light bulb is yellow I rated 1/5 cuz you ain't replying to my problem so yeah fix it and I will higher the review to max
The way I see it, it needs development but that is obvious! Anyone giving 1,2, or even 3 stars to this app are either not using it properly or just being spiteful idiots criticising someone for an app under construction. Eye tracking is a new technology only introduced on mobile phones to the public this year, an attempt on any app using the technology is not only brave but requires a lot of skill, hard work and dedication which only comes if people are supportive! Think before you rate!

Didn't work for me; allways tells me the light is too low (even with a desklamp beamed to my face xD ) That being said: this app is worth at least 3 stars even if it's not working properly! Cant wait untill it is usable for every disabled person!!!! <3
