Romstal BMS

RomstalBMS is a program specially developed for all those who have a Building Management System based on Smart G4 hardware technology.

Since our company Romstal is focused on green and environmental solutions, we prefer to share our vision and offer to you freely a software that will help you control your house, your office, your shop and the list can continue, in order to keep the energy consumption as low as possible, while you have the comfort and confidence under your control touch.

With RomstalBMS you can control the house over wi-fi if you share the same network as the BMS system.

The program allows you to control and visualize the status of various devices including lighting channel on/off or dimmable, relays, heating and cooling with fancoils, underfloor heating, blinds, LED drivers RGB, dry input status and visualize the consumption using impulse counters for gas, electricity, water counters, heating/cooling energy or electric instant consumption on the building when declared for each device. Also we added a macro sensor that will allow you to start stop all devices at glance.

You can build your own building structure on the BMS program or multiple buildings. The program allows you to export the database including the recorded energy consumption from impulse counters and import the database on a second device.

You can install the app on as many Android devices you want, minimum system requirement is Lolipop software (5.0).

Also you can control over 2G, 3G or 4G using a local VPN, where you have your BMS system installed.

The VPN can be used as PPTP or OpenVPN. However for slow internet connection we recommend using PPTP.
