Mons Mellis (Muntele Mierii) este prima denumire în latină a localității Hărman de astăzi, localitate unde, in vechea lăptărie a comunității am pus bazele conceptului Mons Mellis, un proiect care vrea să aducă pe mesele tuturor gustul prăjiturilor si al pâinii de altădată. Conceptul nostru este unul care se dorește a fi cât mai aproape de inima si gusturile românilor; toate produsele noastre, de la prăjiturile de casă si cozonaci până la pâine, au în ele o parte din sufletul nostru, pentru a vă delecta simțurile si a vă fi aproape in toate momentele speciale din viată.
