금형분해 시뮬레이션

본 어플리케이션은 금형을 분해하는 3D시뮬레이션으로써, 문제 해결능력 향상을 위해 동영상 방식이 아닌 3D시뮬레이션 앱으로 제작하였습니다. 3D시뮬레이션 앱은 사용자와 어플리케이션 간의 상호 작용이 가능하며 산업체 교육에서 필요한 금형의 분해조립에 대한 과정과 금형의 부품을 파악할 수 있는 효과적인 교육이 가능합니다. 교육을 진행하면서 금형 부품을 3D로 보면서 부품의 형상정보를 쉽게 파악할 수 있고, 금형의 분해절차 교육에서 교육자가 공구의 특성과 분해절차를 효과적으로 습득할 수 있도록 여러 개의 공구를 한 번에 제시하고 교육자가 이를 선택하면서 상황을 풀어나게 하여 교육효과를 높일 수 있도록 하였습니다. This application is as a 3D simulation to break the mold, troubleshooting video was produced by a method other than 3D simulation app for capacity enhancement. 3D simulation app allows user interaction with applications and industries where effective training is possible to identify the parts of the process and tooling required for the degradation of the mold assembly in education. While going through education can understand easily the shape of the mold part information of the part while in 3D, so that the decomposition process in the educator training of the mold can effectively acquire the properties and decomposition process of the tool presents a number of tools at a time and educators to solve the situation and remind them that we choose to increase the training effect.
