Asianet Auto Login

I was your customer since 2007. TR6092. I sent my last letter requesting Asianet to disconnect my  Broadband connection on 30-06-2017. And I I used the internet for few more days as the connection was available. And so I made the payment of Rs. 700 on 11-07-2017. And when I visited your office at Thrissur they said that the process for the closure can be done only after receiving the modem set from my house. I remember that I purchased your external modem on 06-09-2007 for Rs. 1040. And why should I send my modem back to you? And they added that the usage up to 14-07-2017 would be deducted from my payments. I had known from one of your Customer Service Representative that money that I would have to pay for the dates of my usage and not on the date of closure as per your records. And how can you deduct your charges which I had not reserved or used? Now I got your response that I shall have to return the modem and you will refund Rs. 382 only. So I conclude my request you to disburse the money immediately. I warn the people against the fraudulent charges impossed by Asianet.

App needs to be updated. Doesn't even log me in even when correct credentials are given. Everything seems unpolished.

I have to keep logging in to it every 5 minutes. Fix it and you will get 5 stars.

Very bad app. .

this app has been working good before a month. but now, it's not working at all. The app says "Logging in,please wait" and closes that message itself after a few minutes without logging in :( waiting for the update for a long time. hope it will fix the issue :) EDIT: right now the autologin feature works sometimes.

Simply Superb! I was experiencing frequent disconnecting and thus Unable to keep logged in Server by Using Terminal and to keep connected to remote Database Server. It was hard to move my work in Asianet Broadband Environment. Now, everything seems fine. Thanks and hats off to the team.

The app seems to have trouble with login as soon as it connectz to wifi. Had to do tht manually evry time. Bt once d notification comes up it workz as needed!! A gr8 time saver dispite d small hiccup... thnx!!!

Cant you gyz look back at how ur app is responding, the basic login itself is failing. Better to remove it from playstore then betraying

This application helps me so much. _______________________________ It was working with my galaxy s2 and netgear . Now it is not working with note 2 . Please fix the bug asap . Great Application...just one defect...at times the log out button is not active....but this is not an issue and doesn't affect browsing...congrats to the developer.....

It keeps disconnecting every 7 or 8 min, i thought this would solve the problem.

The broadband and the apps are total waste....wastage of money...wastage of time...no stable connection....go to hell....

I was looking for a way to circumvent the extra author option, then clicked the option of mobile app. When I searched, here it is

In my nexus 5 with lolipop its not working properly.after log in the log out button is in active.besides no information regarding whether we had log in or not

My isn't even logging in... Mine is a Nexus 5 using Lollipop 5.0.1

They changed the login URL and after that it gets disconnected every 10 minutes even after setting forever in it. Still the notification of signed in will remain in the notification panel. The issue started after they have changed the URL yesterday. Kindly fix this

Have to go to the app every 10 minutes to login again.

Some times logout maynot work and whenever i try to login it keeps loading and will not login if i keep pressing the login button some times it will login

It covers for the inadequacies of Asia net and it's archaic log in practices. Note that you have to wait for the log out to happen on asianet internet service before the app can permanently log you in.

The login doesn't work always. It logs out automatically after ten minutes, even if you select 24 hours or forever option. Please update the app for five stars.

The connection drops regularly. And I can see the logout button not gettimg enabled at all.

It doesn't keep the session until u logout... Keep logging in always...

Nw, take too much time 2 login. Disappointed with not3 neo. Pls fix it.

Make a better icon.disable the keyboard pop up when app is launched

This app was a great idea. But it wasn't working. Not logging in.

Asianet logs out automatically after 10 minutes if the browser page that was used to log in is not active for 10minutes..for me on CYM mod 11 it worked fine without any disconnection issues but fails on stock ROM..so I called Asianet up..they fixed the issue by changing the need to keep the page awake and changed it to usage..that is disconnection will happen only if there is no data transfer for 10 minutes..please call aisanet they'll fix it..and talk to male service personnel!!females have no sense!!

Simple and very useful app

Wished I could give a 5...if it start working again.

Its a very useful app... but I have to go to the app evry 10 minutes or so and have to login evrytime! Is there anything that can be done?
