Observatory Clock for Android
I like the updated version. I now get constellations for my hemisphere. Moon phase. Polaris position. But it could use more features like maybe local weather and maybe Saturnian moons or for other planets.
It doesn't appear to accept a "-" in the longitude settings to cover west of Greenwich, only a "+" for the east. I even tried fooling it by dialling in +359 degrees to get the -001 degree I wanted. The app told me I could only use 0 - 180 dgrees ! (why did it let me dial up that number in the first place?) Sorry, but 1 star until fixed. Wouldn't it have been better to have a free version, to see if it suited in the first place, instead of having to buy it blind?
I don't get constellations at meridian for my location. Only for southern hemisphere. That's the only problem. Still, I find it a worthy and practical clock for my location.
Very nicely implemented: easy to change brightness and text size and change the time-type in the top line with a tap. And despite a comment claiming otherwise: yes, you can easily set negative coordinates.

Thanks for adding grs prediction. Although much to be desired, this is a very innovative app. Useful and convenient.
