NIC-2000

Las Especificaciones NIC-2000 son normativas en la administración y construcción de obras viales en Nicaragua y deben ser incorporadas al Contrato, por referencia, si se quiere contar con una herramienta que comprometa y obligue a ambas partes contratantes con fuerza legal ante cualquier instancia judicial, o de arbitramiento.

• DIVISIÓN III : Especificaciones de Calidad de los Materiale IAS-2000 Specifications are regulations on the management and construction of road works in Nicaragua and should be incorporated into the Agreement by reference, if you want to have a tool that engages and forces both contracting parties with legal force before any judicial body, or arbitration.
