Video doesn't replay for event view after latest update. Works now after May 12 update.

Stop responding always, especially watching playback.

Not a good shoftwear to use no update

There is not help how can possible to go particular window like "Backup"

Keep connecting for 90% of time. Only can see video after several tries or app restart

Its not working now for unknown reason , always give me message : check network or username/password isnt correct , but the same user pass are working on another app with no problem !!

App is slow in connecting to some site. Other than that no complains. Easy to connect.

Doesn't replay recording. Turns my main dvr and monitor off - like a glitch.

Suddenly cannot log in and keeps asking to check Internet connection or password. Kindly test before updating as it happens once in a while. Otherwise an excellent app

Cannot connect to my dvr using Samsung S4

App just stopped working out of the blue will not connect at all after connecting done yesterday.. now continuously says check network or password and have done all that still nothing, at this point it's garbage!

The application soCatch, crash in all Android phone 6.0!!! And in other phone is very slow!! Resolve this Bug with a BUG FIXES!!

I cannot connect with my China' s market version Oppo R9s Android 6.0

No option for backup. When i open backup it is blank.But the backup option worked before update.

This app is extremely slow to connect to the DVR, and only about 50 percent of the time connects on the first try, (Stock Motorola Android phone) Update: It's very much improved, connection is much better and more stable!

the audio start button for all dvr models is no longer active

Compare with this app on iOS, this one is terrible. When I wanna zoom on active screen, it's gonna be freeze and quit suddenly. It needs to be fixed immediately.

Rubbish. Never works and no help in fixing it. So frustrating....

I switched to IC Realtime. 10 year warranty on hardware and lifetime support. American company and American support you can count on.

Worst app I've EVER used!!!!!

Constantly comes up with error and app stops. Can often get live images but playback issues! Needs another fix!

Absolutely Rubbish Don't buy the camera before checking out the server apps

Looks like last update has fixed the issue with playing back recording. All seems to good now.

the snapshot doesn't work have to backup then screenshot from the video which pixelizes the picture

The app is a bit slow in connecting with the DVR, changing channels and exiting. I would very much like to see video recording stored in the smartphone not only taking snap shots. With local video recording I would give 5 stars to this app.
